Our taxes are levied in July of each year and are due December 31st. Discounts are given for earlier payments of taxes (excluding the education tax portion).


The discounts are as follows:

5% if paid by September 30th
3% if paid by October 31st
2% if paid by November 30th 

No discount when taxes paid in December
